- $249 per month with a 3-month requirement.
- $1,245 for 6 months upfront.
- $2,490 for 12 months upfront.
- Custom program developed just for you.
- Weekly program modifications based on performance and subsequent assessments.
- Have a trainer guide you on every step of your individual programming.
- Best for those who lack experience workout out and need the accountability of a trainer by their side.
- Each session lasts 45-60 minutes.
- 12 Sessions – $1,020 ($85 each)
- 24 Sessions – $1,800 ($75 each)
