5 x 45:15 – Row, KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull 70/53, V-Ups

0-10:00 – Run 1 mile, max Power Clean and Push Jerks 135/95 with time remaining

10:00-13:00 – Rest

13:00-20:00 – Run 800m, max Power Snatches 115/75 with time remaining

20:00-23:00 – Rest

23:00-27:00 – Run 400m, max Thrusters 95/65 with time remaining

EMOM x 21:  50 Double-Unders, 35 Squats, 20 Hang Power Cleans 35/20

Back Squat – Build to a heavy 10 then 2 x 10 @85-90%

AMRAP 16 – 25 Pull-Ups, 50 Walking Lunges, 25 Burpees, 50 Walking Lunges

Strict Press – Build to heavy 5, then 2 x 5 @85-90%

30-20-10 Front Squat 115/75, 20-15-10 Toes to Bar

4 Rounds – 20 Alternating DB Power Snatches 50/35, 20 Box Jumps 24/20

AMRAP 20 minutes as a Team of 2 – 400m Run, 6 Rope Climbs
