STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMPS

CrossFit SOAR is offering two 4-week strength and conditioning programs for all competitive middle school, high school, and college athletes looking to improve their strengthconditioning, injury prevention, and overall athleticism!

 

The program will be run by Samantha Hirsh, who holds her CF-L2, is a current college soccer coach, and a former Division 1 College Soccer player.

 

Each Session Includes

Dynamic Warm-Up and Agility

Explosive Strength

Raw Strength

Conditioning

Mobility/Core Work

 

Program Dates and Times

  Program 1: June 26th- July 21st

  Program 2: July 24th-August 14th

  Monday, Wednesday, Friday

 

Price: $199 for one 4-week program/ $299 for both programs.

  10:30am-12:00pm Middle School (entering 6th, 7th, 8th grade)
