CrossFit SOAR is offering two 4-week strength and conditioni
ng programs for all competitive middle school, high school, and college athletes looking to improve their strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and overall athleticism!
The program will be run by Samantha Hirsh, who holds her CF-L2, is a current college soccer coach, and a former Division 1 College Soccer player.
Each Session Includes
Dynamic Warm-Up and Agility
Program Dates and Times
Program 1: June 26th- July 21st
Program 2: July 24th-August 14th
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Price: $199 for one 4-week program/ $299 for both programs.
10:30am-12:00pm Middle School (entering 6th, 7th, 8th grade)
1:30pm-3:00pm High School/College (entering 9th grade and older)
