Middle School/High School/Kids

Our Middle School/High School Strength and Conditioning Classes focus on speed, agility, coordination as well as a base line in strength and aerobic/anaerobic power.  Middle School classes are held on M/W/F from 4:45pm – 5:30pm.  High School classes are held on Tu/Th from 4:45pm – 5:30pm and Saturday from 11am – 12pm.

Our kid’s programs are designed to create a base of fitness for your kids to help keep them healthy. Give your children the gift of fitness – and learning every day functional skills that they will keep their whole life! Ages 7 – 11 are welcome.  Fall 2017 schedule coming soon!

Speciality Classes

Includes, but not limited to:  Barbell Classes/Courses, Gymnastic Classes/Courses, Strongman Classes/Courses, Self Defense Classes/Courses.
