Wednesday, June 7th – “Beyond the American Swing” KB workshop from 6pm – 9pm.  Cost is $50.

Here are the rest of the weeks WODs in no particular order….

Row:  5 sets of 5 minutes for meters, rest 5 minutes.

Dumbell Step-Ups:  3 x 16 alternating at 100% of 10RM.

“Karen,”  150 Wallballs at 20/14 for time.

3 rounds of  800m run, 20 Power Snatches 95/65, 20 Burpees.

Bench Press: Build to a heavy 5 in 12 minutes, then 2×5 at 85-90%.

AMRAP 18 Minutes:  5 Strict Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 V-Ups

AMRAP 30 Minutes:  Tire Flips, Sled Push, Farmers Carry, Stone Over the Shoulder.

Sumo Deadlift:  12 minutes to a heavy 8, then 2 x 8 at 85-90%.

2 rounds of  50 Box Jumps 24/20, 50 KB Swings 53/35, 25/25 1 Arm Push Jerks 50/35.
